Kamron Isaiah Waller, 21, 2402 18th St. — domestic abuse battery, strangulation; resisting an officer. Bond: $30,000.

Charles Louis Bertrand, 39, homeless — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); proper equipment required on vehicles. Bond: $16,250.

Stephen Truman Paul Batiste, 32, 101 Tousaint Road — battery of a police officer. Bond: $25,000.

Loc Dung Nguyen, 51, 5000 Leon Drive — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; littering-intentional. Bond: $7,000.

Meagan Nicole Miller, 34, 2405 Katherine St. — theft of a motor vehicle from $25,000 or more; three counts direct contempt of court. Bond: $6,500.

Demarreay Montreal George, 33, Bossier City — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $12,500.

Darren Gerard Thomas, 29, 1716 7th St. — three counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $108,500.

William Stanford Gallier III, 42, 337 Williett Lane, Westlake — direct contempt of court; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less). Bond: $7,000.

Jvandon Kishane Scott, 25, 2232 Rose St. — domestic abuse battery.
