Mr. Williams passed at his residence Thursday, June 1, 2023.   He was a native and lifelong resident of Elton, La.

Visitation will be from  8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Funeral   will be held Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 11 a.m. at St  Paul Catholic Church in Elton,  La.   Burial to follow.

He was a dedicated member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and served in different ministries, until his illness prevented him from attending. Freddie served as Grand Knight of Pope John XXIII Council #153 Knights Peter Claver, an usher, and a Eucharistic Minister. He was always willing to help with a smile and without a single complaint. Freddie Lee loved his family and really enjoyed spending time with relatives, laughing and reminiscing about the past. Listening to Zydeco music was also high on his list of favorites. In addition, he liked fishing and growing fruit trees so that others could enjoy.
