Michela Dachonell Goins, 26, 810 Live Oak St. — theft less than $1,000; four owner to secure registration; seven counts driver must licensed; two counts careless operation; two counts vehicle license required; two counts child passenger restraint system; four counts evidence of motor vehicle liability security contained in vehicle; display of plates; no inspection sticker. Bond: $24,500.

Kenneth McKenzie James, 35, 1216 Gieffers St. — three counts domestic abuse battery; direct contempt of court; drug possession; operating vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $18,000.

Anthony Joseph Johnson, 22, 1907 Calvin Court — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; direct contempt of court. Bond: $12,500.

Devin Gerard Randall, 20, 1101 N. Booker St. — illegal carrying of weapons, first offense; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); monetary instrument abuse; resisting an officer by flight; obstruction of justice.

Darren Paul Louviere, 44, 825 Goos Road No. 825, Westlake — domestic abuse battery, fourth offense. Bond: $75,000.
