Arthur Lee Withers, 71, departed this life on Saturday, May 13, 2023, in Iowa, La.  He was born April 27, 1952, to Francis and Ruth Withers in Lake Charles, La.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 9 a.m. and funeral service at 11 a.m. at King’s Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Perkins Cemetery in Westlake, La., under the direction of King’s Funeral Home.
