14-year-old Molo Middle student accused of threatening classmates

A 14-year-old Molo Middle School students has been charged with terrorizing after threatening his classmates in the presence of school personnel and the CPSO School Resource Officer.
Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kayla Vincent said deputies were notified of the threat Thursday afternoon, just before the end of the school day.
She said the student was questioned by detectives and confirmed the allegations. He was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center and charged with terrorizing.
The Calcasieu Parish School Board assisted CPSO with the investigation, Vincent said.
