The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Jonathon Blake Burrell, 33, 178 Duby Lane, Sulphur — battery of a dating partner, first offense; simple cirminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $7,500.

Jerry Mikel West, 40, 954 Green Moore Road, Starks — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple burglary; theft less than $1,000. Bond: $11,500.

Cullen Bryant Harrell, 41, 3026 Bordelon Road, Moss Bluff — telephone communications/improper language/harassment; criminal trespass; aggravated battery; felony hate crimes. Bond: $151,500.

Chelsea Grace Richmond, 26, 1894 Golden Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

Jvaughn Jermaine Guillory, 24, 743 Contour St. — four counts drug possession; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $400,000.

Dartanyan Kietchel Breaux, 57, 601 Church St. — first-degree rape. Bond: $950,000.

Christopher Wayne Richard, 54, 159 Hoffpauir Road, Ragley — residential contract fraud $5,000 or more but less than $25,000; residential contractor fraud $1,000 or more but less than $5,000; two counts failure to possess the required license for home improvements, residential construction required by applicable state, municipal statues; theft from $25,000 or more. Bond: $50,000.
