Authorities are searching for a suspect who they believe is responsible for a burglary at a residence on La. 382 in Welsh.

The complainant told the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office that two vehicles at his residence were burglarized Monday. Two weapons and a purse were taken from the vehicles, according to the complaint.

The Sheriff’s Office on Friday released a photo of a female suspect who is wanted for questioning in the burglary and unauthorized use of access cards and credit cards.

The suspect allegedly withdrew cash from an ATM at a Chevron station and an ATM in Lake Charles.

The same woman also attempted to use the stolen cards at a Dollar General store in Jennings.
