Joseph Burkeman Soileau Jr., 30, 1248 Flater Lane — aggravated battery. Bond: $12,500.

Billy Gean Nickleberry, 37, homeless — direct contempt of court; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; drug possession; in park after hours. Bond: $14,100.

Miguel Marque Caine, 19, 3509 Monroe St. — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000.

Asha Rosettie Janice, 19, 1825 9th St. — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

William Farris Sorina, 37, 2011 Rose St. — three counts failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $75,000.

Cody Lee Guidry, 37, 609 Alamo St. — direct contempt of court; theft from $25,000 or more; exploitation of the infirmed; bank fraud; forgery; theft less than $1,000; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D. Bond: $72,000.

Kirby Spencer James, 33, 4247 5th Ave. No. 154 — direct contempt of court; drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less). Bond: $23,000.
