The Lake Charles City Court in conjunction with the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury will host a Lease Law Workshop on Tuesday, April 18, at 5:30 p.m. in Courtroom A of the City Courthouse at 118 W Mill St.

The program is designed for renters, landlords and realtors and will focus on what both tenants and lessors should know about the eviction process. Guest speakers will include Judges Ron Richard and Jamie Bice, Ward 3 Marshall Nathan Keller and Emergency Rental Assistance Program supervisor Marina Ardoin.

This event is free and open to the public.
