EUNICE – Funeral service for Claude A. Shilow, 88, will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. Mathilda Catholic Church in Eunice, La., with visitation observed at Owens-Thomas Funeral Home in Eunice from 8:00 a.m. until time of service with a rosary at 9 a.m. Burial will be at St. Mathilda Catholic Church Cemetery in Eunice, La.
On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Eunice Manor in Eunice, La., Claude was escorted from his earthly home to his eternal home.
Cherishing his memory will be his spouse, Versie Marie Reney Shilow of Eunice, La.; two sons, Gregory Paul Shilow (Germaine) of Lafayette, La., and Craig James Shilow of Eunice, La.; two daughters, Gwenna A. Allen (Octave Jr.) of DeRidder, La., and RoDonna L. Doucette (Marvin) of Lake Charles, La.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cynthia Marie Shilow Anderson (Clinton).
