Terry Wayne Willman, 56, of Moss Bluff, was called home on Feb. 24, 2023.
He was born Dec. 25, 1966, in Lake Charles, La. He attended and graduated from South Beauregard High School.
While still in high school, he played football, enjoyed riding bulls, fishing and hunting. Following high school he was employed with Gulf Machine Shop as a welder for over 22 years before he retired. His love of hunting and fishing stayed with him into adulthood and you would often find him during his spare time at Toledo Bend. He also enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to his music and drinking a beer.
He was welcomed into Heaven by his parents; Ferrill and Dorothy Willman and grandparents, Onnatel “Noush” and Virgie Guidry.
Those left to cherish his memory; two sisters, Tonya Bouley and husband Stanley of Jennings, La., and Sharon Willman of Moss Bluff; nephews, Gavin Bouley, Trey (Laura) Carpenter, and Dylin Willman (Kary Blomquist); great-nieces, Emmy Carpenter and Posey Carpenter; uncle, George Willman of Moss Bluff cousins, Stephanie Elston and Corey Kendall; stepmother Glenda Willman; best friend, Matt Myers.
Family to welcome friends in chapel of Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff beginning at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2023, until 7 p.m. Obituary reading and memory sharing will begin at 7 p.m. with closing prayer by Jacob Guinn. Family at a later date will place his urn along side his parents in Old Ritchie Cemetery.
