Marcus Julian Montgomery, 31, 2331 Van Buren St. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Desmond Devon Stovall, 29, 1607 Brick St. — entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden; direct contempt of court; attempted theft of a motor vehicle from $25,000 or more.

Lee Michael Broussard Jr., 41, 1831 Rena St. — required positions and method of turning at intersections; flight from an officer; drug possession; obstruction of justice. Bond: $6,600.

John Michael Burch, 36, 2707 Louise St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Kirby Spencer James, 33, 4245 5th Ave.— drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less). Bond: $8,500.

Jasmine Gabrielle Harmon, 27, 3213 Flatwood Drive —aggravated battery; domestic abuse battery.

Chelsea Rae Hyatt, 35, 204 Babineaux Road, Sulphur — home invasion; simple assault. Bond: $102,000.

Daniel Paul Woodrow, 56, 3532 St. Luke Lane, Sulphur — telephone communications/improper language/harassment; stalking. Bond: $24,000.

Monifah Emmoni Mitchell, 25, Lafayette — theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; theft of a motor vehicle from $25,000 or more; theft from $25,000 or more.

Dedrick Terrell Davis, 42, Port Allen — following vehicles; attempt and conspiracy; drug possession; driving on roadway laned for traffic; resisting an officer. Bond: $410,000.

Jason Peter Johnson Jr., 23, 1821 Orchid St. — aggravated assault with a firearm; possession of marijuana, third offense; flight from an officer. Bond: $46,500.

Jason Bryan Leblanc, 29, 2711 Warren St. — illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments; false imprisonment; domestic abuse battery.

Lianhua Jin, 38, Houston — battery of a dating partner.

Joseph Washington Zeno, 34, 982 Rigmaiden Cemetery Road, DeQuincy — bicycle lamps, reflectors; drug possession; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $7,100.

Carla Jean Hyatt, 56, 939 Old River Road, Starks — sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription; criminal trespass; resisting an officer; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions. Bond: $7,000.

Kevin Lee Young Sr., 48, 4618 Morgan Lane — failure to perform any work for 45 days or longer after receiving payment; failure to possess the required by applicable state, municipal statues. Bond: $42,500.

Earl Lee Young Sr., 57, 706 Sycamore St. No. 310 — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $5,500.

Robert Allen Sanders II, 29, 309 Canal St., Sulphur — simple burglary; theft less than $1,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; illegal possession of stolen things less than $1,000. Bond: $26,000.
