David Wayne Brooks, 55, Houston — to acquire-obtain possession of a controlled dangerous substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge; obtaining legend drugs by misrepresentation of fraud. Bond: $15,000.

Antonio Rivera Chavez, 43, 4058 Lettie St., Sulphur — felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile; pornography involving juveniles. Bond: $250,000.

Phillip Anthony Marron, 35, 127 E. Jim Pickens Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Mason Phellix Graves, 29, Hattiesburg, Miss. — operating while intoxicated, third offense; careless operation. Bond: $52,500.

Shanelle Latrice Jones, 34, Richmond, Texas — domestic abuse battery.

Aaron Paul Prestenbach, 41, 4955 Sonny Todd Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Casey Wayne Oden, 24, 199 W. Wayside Drive, Westlake — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Nicholas Dantrel Vincent Carvin, 29, 5755 Perry Lane — battery of a dating partner, first offense.

Tranese Nicole Jones, 38, 976 Koonce Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, intentional use of force with dangerous weapon with serious bodily injury; revocation of parole.

Alice Rosielee Southern, 36, 2951 Southern Ridge Drive — domestic abuse battery.

Clinton Mayo Raggio, 57, 8 Sherwood Drive, Sulphur — proper equipment required on vehicles; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; three counts drug possession; sale, distribution or possession with legend drug without prescription or order prohibited. Bond: $5,100.

Caleb Joseph Oquinn, 32, 206 Aveilia St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; interfering with emergency communication.

Ronald James Plumber, 36, 407 Jackson St. — sexual battery; obscenity.

James Freeman Kitchens Jr., 22, 1152 Hodges St. — domestic abuse battery.
