Sandy Marie Polk, 61, passed Jan. 17, at her residence. She was a native and lifelong resident of Lake Charles. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, at Fondel Memorial Chapel.
