Sam Houston student charged with terrorizing

A Sam Houston High student has been arrested for making threats to the school.
Spokesperson Kayla Vincent said their office was notified at 5:30 p.m. Friday of a possible threat from a student who attends Sam Houston High School.
During the initial investigation detectives were told a 14-year-old juvenile sent several text messages threatening a school shooting.
Detectives located the boy at his residence and after speaking with him he was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center and charged with terrorizing.
CPSO Detective Roger Pete is the lead investigator on the case.
