Samuel Nathan Greene, 21, of Lake Charles passed away at 11:48 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022 in his residence.
Samuel was born on Sept. 13, 2000 in Lake Charles. He was very involved in Boy Scouts and was a founding member of Sea Scouts Ship #20. Samuel had an unconditional love for all animals.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Michael and Wendy Greene Jr.; siblings, Mitchell and Jonah Taylor, his twin, Caleb, and Noah, Eowyn, Ilijah, and Phillip Greene; maternal grandparents, Debbie and Thomas Keith; paternal grandparents, Patty McArthur and Michael and Sonia Greene Sr.; a niece, Mia; and a nephew, Luke.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Hannah Greene.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 15, 2022 in the Johnson Funeral Home chapel. Pastor Thiago Silva will officiate. Cremation will take place following the service. Visitation will begin on Sunday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will resume on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the start of the service.
