The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Mark Alan Hayden Jr., 35, 620 S. Kent Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, strangulation; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; aggravated assault; home invasion; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; violations of protective orders; resisting an officer.

Corey Michael Pitre, 23, 608 Shasta St. — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; drug possession; proper equipment required on vehicles.

Charles Milton Berry Jr., 58, 1531 Cessford St. Apt. B — illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; four counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $42,250.

Duane Howard Spearance, 56, 4200 Luke Powers Road No. 21 — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17. Bond: $12,250.

Darockus Landry, 34, 1701 4th Ave. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Dalton Michael Tomplait, 37, 925 Brandi St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

Kobie Jermaine Broussard, 35, 6859 Tom Hebert Road — two counts drug possession. Bond: $20,000.

Troy Sabbath Cummings, 46, 1720 Lewis St., Sulphur — theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple burglary. Bond: $135,000.

Calvin Evans Anderson, 27, 3780 Dun Ferry Road, Moss Bluff — two counts direct contempt of court; operating while intoxicated, first offense; two counts drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $20,000.

Jeff Anthony Simmons, 59, 1200 Gadwall St. — two counts direct contempt of court; bank fraud. Bond: $10,000.

Jermaine Christopher Obrien Jr., 20, 406 N. Simmons St. — drug possession; possession of firearm or carrying of concealed weapon by a person convicted of domestic abuse battery and certain offense of battery of a dating partner; theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; theft of a firearm.

James Edward Thornton Jr., 55, 940 Kirby St. No. 9, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

Cassaway Trygve Channel III, 54, 2120 Walker Drive, Westlake — obscenity. Bond: $45,000.

David Eugene Holland, 67, 1328 Mitchell St. — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $26,500.

Joshua Wayne Simms, 41, 209 Catalina St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, second offense.

Dvarius Akil Fontenot, 28, 22700 General Patton Ave. — domestic abuse aggravated child endangerment; assault by drive-by shooting; aggravated criminal damage to property; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Lonnisia Daontyla Guillory, 22, 520 Gelpi Drive — domestic abuse aggravated assault; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000;

Larry Ray Lara, 59, 4757 Doyle Cemetery Road, Starks — domestic abuse battery; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited; drug possession.

Sandy Gail Cormier, 27, 1261 Woodland Trail, Moss Bluff — battery of a dating partner, first offense.
