Morris Skipper, age 79, passed away July 5, 2022. He was born in Lake Charles, La.
Morris was a long time resident of Lake Charles, La. He was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church. He worked for the Hixson family and Hixson Funeral Home for most of his life.
He is survived by numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The visitation will resume Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Burial will immediately follow at Perkins Cemetery in Westlake, La.
