Former Welsh alderman Jacob Colby Perry was arrested Wednesday on multiple charges including violating a protective order, cyberstalking and nonconsensual disclosure of a private image.

Police Chief Marcus Crochet said the charges stem from a complaint that Perry violated stipulations the judge had placed on him following a similar arrest last November.

Perry was arrested this week on two counts of violating protective

orders, telephone harassment, and two counts of cyberstalking and nonconsensual disclosure of a private image.

He was arrested on similar charges last November after the Welsh Police Department received a complaint from a male victim that his explicit photos were being published online by Perry after he made a fake profile of the victim.

The victim had repeatedly asked Perry to stop and take the images down.
