6/14: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Desmond Jmar Adams, 30, 1106 Opelousas St. A1 — drug possession; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; tail lamps. Bond: $8,100.

Stevie Ann Nope, 25, 1106 N. East St. — possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense; two counts drug possession. Bond: $12,500.

Derreck Dewayne Ashworth, 28, 511 Lewis St., Sulphur — direct contempt of court; home invasion; second-degree battery. Bond: $22,500.

Amanda Cheri Melancon, 41, 520 W. Lincoln St., Sulphur — cruelty to juveniles; distribution to persons under 18. Bond: $7,000.

Corey Brian Cormier, 31, 2530 La. 3059 — simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; domestic abuse battery, second offense; direct contempt of court; parole detainer.

Billy Keith Johnson, 52, 5925 La. 3112, Vinton — domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Richard Zamora, 53, 1608 Sage Drive — direct contempt of court; two counts residential contractor fraud $1,000 or more but less than $5,000. Bond: $7,000.

Tamara Shadel Lebron, 30, 4032 Ellis St. No. 32 — unauthorized entry of a place of business; drug possession.

Matthew Allen Woodbury, 33, 624 S. Goodman Road N. 32 — unauthorized entry of a place of business.

Michael Lee Duplechian, 28, Carencro — direct contempt of court; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000; three counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $135,000.

Victor Dominque Rivera, 34, 142 Holmes St. — probation violation; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; domestic abuse battery, second offense.

Stacy Glenn Young, 52, 3340 Burson Road — simple escape; drug possession; bicycle lamps and reflectors. Bond: $57,600.

Brady Alan Norsworthy, 21, LaGrange, Texas — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple burglary; direct contempt of court.
