Gladys Farnsworth Greene Doyle of Moss Bluff and Dry Creek died at 1:48 p.m. Jan. 10, 2022, at the home of her son in Las Vegas, Nev.
Mrs. Doyle was born Feb. 17, 1921, in Lake Charles, La. She was raised in Moss Bluff and a member of the first graduation class of Gillis High School.
She was a member of Eastern Star and a charter member of the First Baptist Church Of Moss Bluff.
Mrs. Doyle is survived by two sons, Odis Barry Greene of Las Vegas, Nev., and Frederick Ellis Greene of Dry Creek, La.; grandchildren, Brett Greene of Bellingham, Wash., Bradd Greene of Las Vegas, Nev., Ashley Greene of Charlotte, N.C., and Ty Greene of Dry Creek, La.; also great-grandchildren, Talon Greene and Cannon Greene of Las Vegas, Nev., and Alexis Greene, Garrett Greene and Owen Greene of Reeves, La.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Odis Greene of Dry Creek, La., and Lee L Doyle of Pitkin, La.; sister, Florence Koonce Rasp of Westlake, La.; and parents, Charles and Gussie Reeves Farnsworth of Moss Bluff, La.
