4/20: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Devin Quinn Joseph, 30, 2132 Brooks St. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.
David Lanning Watkins, 38, Bossier City — residential contractor fraud $5,000 or more but less than $25,000; misapplication of payments prohibited over $1,000. Bond: $30,000.
Clifford Ray Burris III, 57, 2440 Santa Rosa Road, Moss Bluff — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, first offense.
Quinton David Ned, 40, Baton Rouge — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000.
John Alan Ledet, 58, 300 Gelpi Drive — theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000.
Sydney Kathryn Pierce, 24, 1150 N. Hazel St., Sulphur — stalking; telephone communications/improper language/harassment. Bond: $15,000.
Christopher Adam Trahan, 28, 3513 Charlie Moss Road, Sulphur — unauthorized entry of a critical infrastructure. Bond: $12,500.
Joshua Davanti Gray, 28, Lafayette — vehicle license required; aggravated flight from an officer; aggravated criminal damage to property; encouraging or contributing to child delinquency dependency or neglect. Bond: $66,600.
Breck Anthony Cowperthwaite, 62, 2101 Pujol Road — failure to comply with provisions of supervised release.
Earline Marie Reid, 67, 226 Stanley Road, Vinton — three counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.
Tristan Nakia Vidito, 30, 1614 Sunset Drive — domestic abuse battery; direct contempt of court;.
Rachel Annette Jones, 47, 1415 Lyons St. Vinton — four counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.
William Herman Owen, 43, 907 Franklin St., Sulphur — cruelty to juveniles; domestic abuse battery, second offense; operating while intoxicated, second offense; hit-and-run driving; operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses; domestic abuse battery, second offense.
Demark Antonie Kennedy, 28, 1416 Shaw St. — transfer and possession of stolen vehicles.
Barbara Faye Leblanc, 44, 2700 Hinton St. — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense. Bond: $15,000.
