The U.S. Senate recently confirmed the appointment of someone touted as the first black woman Supreme Court Justice, who testified under oath she cannot define the word, “woman.”

Since Justice-to-be Jackson claims not to know what a woman is, she apparently doesn’t know whether, when Justice Breyer retires, she will actually be the first black woman Justice.

Of course any reasonably intelligent middle schooler could tell Justice-in-waiting Jackson that a woman is an adult female human being or, as Merriam-Webster Online puts it, “an adult female person.”
