Andrew Gallien Jr., 64, departed this life on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, in Lake Charles, La. He was born March 17, 1958, to Roberta (Duplechin) Gallien and Andrew Gallien Sr. He retired from Calcasieu Parish School Board, where he worked in environmental service for over 20 years. He loved working outdoors, helping with yardwork and fishing.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Donna Gallien of Lake Charles; children, Tonisha Fortune (Delgraco), Jocaby Gallien, Jamie Morgan, and Jmyrick Joseph of Lake Charles; siblings, Sheryl Charles (Chester), Janice Gallien Harps, Cynthia Gallien, and Annette Gallien of Lake Charles, La.; grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremiah, Jobe, John, and Joel Fortune of Lake Charles; and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Roberta Gallien; niece, Lalita Gallien; and great-niece, Adison Washington.
Per the request of the departed, Andrew Gallien Jr., no wake, funeral, or memorial to follow his passing, just remember him with love and laughter. He said he made his peace with God a long time ago, and may he rest in heavenly peace with Our Father forevermore.
