Enjoy good eats and the chance to win prizes at the 2022 Green Hat Taste of SWLA. Between now and March 31, sample something tasty at 11 restaurants: 121 Artisan Bistro, The James 710, Calla, Tia Juanita’s Fish Camp, Pujo Street Cafe, Dragos at L’Auberge, The Chart House at Golden Nugget, Area 337, Casa Manana, Toga Grill and Que Pasa.

Festive attire – green hat or not – is encouraged. On March 31, tickets redeemed at the restaurant stops will go into the Green Hat Leprechaun Pot. Winners will not need to be present to win fabulous prizes.

Proceeds benefit Christus Ochsner Lake Area Hospital, specifically new equipment and technology for Women’s Birthing, according to Patricia Prudhomme, Executive Director of Development, Christus Ochsner Southwestern Louisiana Foundation.

The Green Hat Taste of SWLA Registration is $50 and includes 11 tickets and a T-shirt. Pick it all up Monday-Friday throughout March from noon to 4 p.m. at the foundation office, 437 Dr. Michael DeBakey Drive, Lake Charles.
