SW La. school lunch menus Feb. 14-18

The following menus for Feb. 14-18 for area schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

MONDAY: Barbecue rib burger, sweet potato fries, pineapple tidbits, apple, cinnamon sugar cookie.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf or shepherd’s pie, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, whole-wheat mini biscuit, applesauce, plums.

WEDNESDAY: Red beans, sausage or hamburger, rice, cooked carrots, cornbread, pears, orange.

THURSDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce, mixed peas and carrots, garden salad with dressing, whole-wheat bread stick, melon cup, banana.

FRIDAY: Beef burrito or cheese quesadilla, Spanish rice, taco salad c up with shredded cheese, whole kernel corn.

Breakfast

MONDAY: Grape or chocolate crescent roll, cheddar cheese slice or string cheese stick, apricots, banana.

TUESDAY: Sausage, egg and cheese wrap, cheese toast, yogurt cup, pineapple tidbits, apple.

WEDNESDAY: Blueberry and cream cheese stick, graham crackers, applesauce, plums.

THURSDAY: Scrambled eggs, cinnamon roll, pears, peaches.

FRIDAY: French toast sticks with syrup, hash brown, melon cup, banana.

TUESDAY: Ham and cheese po’boy sandwich, salad cup, potato wedges, peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken and sausage gumbo, potato salad, relish tray with dip, peaches.

THURSDAY: Sloppy Joe on a bun, salad cup, sweet potato fries, fruit cup, Yocaramel dip.

FRIDAY: Corn dog, potato rounds, relish tray with dip, apple crisp.

MONDAY: Toaster pastries, mixed fruit.

TUESDAY: Chicken biscuit, peaches.

THURSDAY: Oven-roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, red grapes, honey wheat roll.

FRIDAY: Hot ham and cheese hoagie, roasted potato wedges, seasoned green beans, watermelon.
