Xane Johnson

Xane Michael Johnson, 22, of Westlake, found eternal peace on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022.
Xane was born to Brandy Wren and Gary Johnson on Aug. 10, 1999. He was a 2017 graduate of Westlake High School. Xane was talented in the kitchen and enjoyed sharing his dishes with others. He worked as a chef at several area restaurants, most recently The Max, and had hopes of attending culinary school. He always had a soft spot for animals. Xane had a fierce passion for life and looked forward to new adventures.
Xane was a beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, and friend. Xane will be remembered mostly by the kindness he showed to others and his deep desire to make people happy. Joined with him in eternal resting is his dog Luna.
Xane was preceded in death by his grandfather, Philmer Johnson Jr.; great grandparents, Dorothy Seawright, Philmer Johnson Sr., and James Pollard.
Those left to cherish Xane’s memory are his parents, Brandy and Gary Johnson; sisters, Jennifer Woodley and Aime (CJ) Matt; brothers, Stephen, Blaan and Owen Johnson; nieces, Elleigh, Mercie, Gracie, Naomi and Emma; nephews, Brantley, Baylor, Ezra and Albert; grandmother, Paula Johnson; great-grandmother, Annette Trahan; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A visitation will be held at Hixson Westlake on Jan. 21, 2022, at 9 am. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 11 am.
