David Wayne Beard, 21, 250 Evelyn St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, strangulation; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Deangelo Demetress Williams, 30, 1749 Obrien St. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; driver must be licensed; two counts direct contempt of court.

Heather Paige Benoit, 41, 1231 Woodland Trail, Apt. B, Moss Bluff — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17. Bond: $15,000.

Joseph Ryan Dupuis, 22, 7618 Tarpon Drive — first-degree rape. Bond: $1.2 million.

Kimberly Leeann Sonnier, 35, 260 Frazar St. — two counts theft less than $1,000; three counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; criminal trespass.
