A 14-year-old Starks High School student t has been arrested for making a threat against the school.
Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kayla Vincent said deputies were notified at 9 pm Wednesday night of a possible threat on social media from a student who attends Starks High School.

During the initial investigation detectives learned the 14-year-old boy threatened a shooting at the school.  He was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center and charged with terrorizing. 

 SROs Stephen Arnold and Russell Cox and Detective Monte Gentry are the lead investigators on this case.
