The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Benjamin Patrick Carter, 30, homeless — possession of synthetic marijuana, second offense; two counts direct contempt of court; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; criminal trespass.

April Renee Holt, 41, 2402 Walker Road, Sulphur — operating while intoxicated, third offense; proper equipment required on vehicles; careless operation; operating vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $37,800.

Sherome Rydell Monroe, 33, 1918 Winterhalter St. — theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; identity theft. Bond: $30,000.

Joann Ellen Milliron, 42, 730 N. Lincoln St. — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; letting a disorderly place. Bond: $14,500.

David Ryan Miller, 33, 227 W. McNeese St. — second-degree battery.

Jorganne Dorris McPhail, 49, 21259 S. Frontage Road No. 55, Iowa, La. — theft less than $1,000; bank fraud; forgery. Bond: $17,000.

Nathaniel Wayne Andrus Jr., 51, 2465 La. 397, No. 114, Iowa, La. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; theft less than $1,000.

Jaylond Demond Geary Jackson, 26, 1130 Caesars Court, Moss Bluff — battery of a dating partner, first offense; simple kidnapping; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less).
