Michael Andrew Milson, 33, 5154 Garland Drive, Apt. A — theft less than $1,000; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Elaine Michelle Simpson, 40, 2110 Rose St. — five count drug possession; turning movements and required signals; two counts sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order.

Clytice Ward Norris IV, 44, Armant — operating while intoxicated, second offend.

Jeremy James Lafleur, 39, 3103 8th St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, second offense. Bond: $300,000.

Arthur Lee Fuselier Jr., 34, 2311 Creole St. — theft less than $1,000; direct contempt of court; drug possession; operating while intoxicated, first offense; child endangerment law, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, first of second offense; careless operation.

Emanuel Lewis Shelton, 36, 2217 Old U.S. 90 No. 4, Vinton — domestic abuse battery; direct contempt of court.

Samuel David George Jr., 30, 3200 Westwood Road No. 99, Westlake — domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Jesse Lee Reynolds, 34, 2401 Kathy Drive, Sulphur — unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Bond: $30,000.

Paige Sadonya Carrier, 31, 1722 2nd St. — domestic abuse battery; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; battery of a police officer.

Cody James Higginbotham, 24, 5859 Tom Hebert Road, No. 86 — domestic abuse battery.

Kevin Patrick McFatter, 43, 428 Grape St., DeQuincy — theft less than $1,000; criminal trespass; three counts direct contempt of court; drug possession; operating vehicle while license is suspended.

Kendal Tremayne Runnels, 42, Bay City, Texas — attempted illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments; two counts second-degree kidnapping.

Clarence Louis Mosely, 35, New Orleans — domestic abuse battery, second offense; direct contempt of court.

Micheal James Handy Jr., 27, 2960 Lake St. — third-degree rape.

Jakaleb Ramaj Ceasar, 28, 313 Scheufens Road — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.
