Chasity Brooke Mitchell, 29, 4452 Hilary Drive, Vinton — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Jonathan Phillip Williams, 38, Houston — maximum speed limit; operating vehicle while license is suspended; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); two counts drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substance in the presence of persons under 17; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Keelan Wade Thompson, 22, 611 E. LaGrange St. — battery of a dating partner, first offense.

Elijah Termale Bias, 20, 1141 Mosswood Road No. 65, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Viviane Jessica Bonner, 33, Kyle, Texas — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; identity theft $1,000 or more; Bond: $25,000.

Laura Lynn Norris, 21, 2026 Reeves Road — criminal neglect of family.

Kevin Chase Hannie, 39, 4004 Center St. — criminal neglect of family.

Edreaka Traon Roscoe, 30, 2877 S. Beglis Parkway No. 102, Sulphur — cruelty to juveniles.

Judah Ben Flanagan, 46, Rosenburg, Texas — aggravated assault; domestic abuse battery.

Cameron Jamaal Mitchell, 20, 2507 Hodges St. — domestic abuse battery.
