Lake Charles Police are investigating a Saturday night homicide that occurred in the 400 block of Albert Street. 

Lt. Jeffrey Keenum said officers were called to the scene at about 8:25 p.m. Saturday. 

He said anyone with information is asked to contact the lead investigator Sgt. Kirt Farquhar at 491-1311.

“This active investigation is in its infancy and as additional information becomes available, it will be shared with the media,” Keenum said.
