Jerry Boudreaux passed away on April 18, 2020 in a local
care facility. The family did not have a funeral Mass at that time due to then-current restrictions related to COVID-19.
A memorial Mass will be held at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Lake Charles at 11:00 am on Saturday,
April 24, 2021, with Msgr. Harry Greig presiding. Bishop Sam Jacobs will be present, and Rev. Bill Gearheard will serve as concelebrant.
Jerry’s family has established the James J. Boudreaux Endowed Scholarship to provide ongoing
scholarships for Calcasieu Parish students attending the College of Pharmacy at University of Louisiana Monroe.
