Deborah Newble Bell was born to the late David Newble Sr.
and Mary Jane Joseph on June 17, 1961 in Lake Charles, La. She entered in to glory peacefully with her Savior on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, while in the care of St. Patrick Hospital surrounded by her devoted family. She was baptized and became a member
of Mount Olive Baptist Church at a young age. She was currently attending Glad Tiding Church.

She attended Louisiana State University majoring in Speech Pathology. Her warmth, kindness, and that beautiful smile will be missed.
She had a talent for creating beautiful floral arrangements and decorating. She loved her grandkids and enjoyed baking and making candy for family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Newble Sr. her
sister, Cynthia Perkins, and sister-in-law Giselle.

Deborah leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Willie Bell; two daughters, Marlana Newble of Austin, Texas, Alesia Newble of Lake Charles, La.; one son, Jene
Newble (Crystal) of Lake Charles, La. She is also survived by one sister, Constance M Webb (Maurice) of Hampton, Va., three brothers, David, Ronald, and Louis Newble of Lake Charles, La.; five grandchildren, Janae, Jada, Javin, Mya and Maison;
brothers-in-law, Wayne, Jason (Devin), Austin (Bridget), and Cedric (Tyra) Bell. A loving Aunt Georgia of Riverside, Calif., and Uncle Antione (Loretta) of Lake Charles, La. She will be missed by her nephews; James, Jay, Marcus, and Chris; her
nieces, Ericka, Jasmine, Shameka and her cousins; Rosa, Bradford, Brian, Joey Lana and a host of other aunts, uncles cousins, and special friends.

A memorial service will be conducted at the Living Word Christian Center
Gymnasium at 1639 Ryan St. Lake Charles, LA on April 9, 2021, at 10 a.m. Due to COVID restrictions attendance is limited but the service may be live streamed on https://livingwordcc.org.

The family will receive friends and family at Living Word Christian Center Gymnasium, 1639 Ryan St. Lake Charles, LA 70601.
