WELSH — The Welsh Town Hall lobby has reopened to the public.

Areas have been marked with tape to remind customers of the six-feet distancing recommendations.
To help keep customers and employees safe, do not come in to the lobby if you have been ill or have been around someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
The drive-thru on the first lane will remain fully operational, as well as the drop box located on the outside lane.
