Members of First Presbyterian Church USA of Lake Charles and the First Christian Church of Lake Charles are partnering to build a new church-community center in the Morgan-Field Development. Both congregations have worked together for more than three years to build a new facility, named the Harvest Community Center, at 4590 Corbina Road. The Rev. Vince Endris of First Christian Church led the prayer Sunday as member broke ground at their future facility.
