Workers with R. E. Heidt Construction Company fill in sections of Sen. J. Bennett Johnston Ave. Thursday afternoon as they prepare to put down new asphalt. The entire roadway, which runs in front of Sowela Technical Community College, has been milled and is being resurfaced.
