Javon Brielle Paul Boutte, 28, 804 Magazine St. — false imprisonment; aggravated second-degree battery; battery of a police officer; resisting a police officer with force or violence; simple battery; criminal trespass; resisting a police officer with force or violence. Bond: $79,000.

Jessica Marie Hope, 39, Tomball, Texas — 14 counts drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17.

Vic Terrell Kingery, 41, 805 Topsy Road No. 157, Moss Bluff — domestic abuse battery.

Harvy Lee Jefferson, 18, 2115 3rd St. — illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $6,500.

Valentine Morean Hardy, 39, 4227 Ellis St. — exploitation of the infirmed. Bond: $50,000.

Jeffrey Keith Perkins, 37, 905 Bernadette Drive, Sulphur — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; unlawful refusal to submit to chemical tests, arrests for driving while intoxicated; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; secretary to require periodical inspection; evidence of motor vehicle liability security contained in vehicle.

Ernest James Hudson Jr., 25, 113 Holmes St. — simple battery. Bond: $5,000.
