Volunteer Courtney Miller paints a jazz musician mural on a wall of the Foundation House Restaurant Friday morning on Enterprise Boulevard. Miller, who recently moved to Lake Charles from Fort Worth, Texas, was eager to be a part of the “Nellie Lutcher Better Block” event designed to showcase the potential of the historical area.
