The Lake Charles Community Band performs Monday evening during its “Catch A Concert” series on the second floor Mezzanine of the Lake Charles Civic Center. The series is held at 7 p.m. each Monday in June. The theme for the summer of 2019 is “Legends.” At the June 24 concert, audience members will be asked to join the band and the Louisiana Choral Foundation in honoring the men and women of the Armed Forces who have and still are bearing the hardships of global war.
