Mr. and Mrs. Gary (Deannie Arnaud) Scroggs of Lake Charles celebrated 50 years of marriage with a reception at Reeves Uptown Catering on June 1, 2019. Hosts were their children and spouses, Dr. and Mrs. Matthew (Kim) Scroggs of Lake Charles; Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth Scroggs) Svitalla of Bethlehem, Penn., and Mr. and Mrs. John (Judith Scroggs) Tilly of Lafayette. Gary and Deannie were married June 7, 1969, and have eight grandchildren.
