The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Arnold James McGruder, 29, 2708 General Vandenburg Ave. — domestic abuse battery.
Justin Wade Fontenot, 41, 4054 RE Robinson Road, Vinton — domestic abuse battery, pregnant victim; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.
Kanika Latancia Carter, 38, Ponchatoula — driving on roadway laned for traffic; two counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense. Bond: $10,600.
Morlen Jermaine Brown, 38, Tickfaw — two counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense. Bond: $10,500.
Victor Dominique Rivera, 30, 142 Holmes St. — domestic abuse battery, strangulation.
Damien Isiah Perkins, 30, 2236 Prien Lake Road — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.
Eric Lee Martinez, 35, 3707 Brentwood Ave. — no seat belt; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $5,100.
Alyssa Ashley Chapman, 29, 3206 N. Perkins Ferry Road — operating while intoxicated, second offense; hit-and-run driving.
