• Cole Barrett Wagnon, 24, 1814 S. Tallow Wood Drive — two counts of drug possession, drug paraphernalia, monetary instrument abuse. Bond: $19,000. 
• Desmon Raynard Cross Sr., 39, 2891 Parham Road, Westlake — two counts of drug possession, drug paraphernalia, firearm possession by a person convicted of certain felonies, drug use around minors. Bond: $30,000. 
• Michelle Marie Jeffers, 37, 1526 Dogwood Road, Iowa, La. — three counts of child desertion; synthetic-marijuana possession, theft under $1,000, possession of Legend drug without a prescription. 
• Joseph Clay Duhon, 42, 631 Ginger St., Sulphur — drug possession, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $10,000.Nathan Brooks, 28, Sandyhook, Miss. — marijuana possession, drug possession, attempt and conspiracy. Bond: $22,500. 
• David Lynn Smith, 29, 2111 Tulip St. — synthetic-marijuana possession, marijuana possession, suspended license, aggravated flight from an officer. Bond: $17,500. Enrique A. Lemelle, 24, 211 Louis St., No. 36 — domestic abuse battery strangulation. 
• Mark Alan Doiron, 52, 5114 Claire Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery. 
• Latch Lee Ramuar, 60, 6302 River Road — theft under $750. Bond: $5,000.
