<p class="p1">Metal roofing products continued to grow in popularity for Vincent’s Roofing home, business and industry customers this past year. Vincent’s also completed flat roof commercial applications not suitable for metal roofing using TPO and torch-down systems.
<p class="p2">After a year-and-a-half in the Lake Charles market, Vincent’s Roofing continues to educate locals and provide products, service, and warranties that set them apart from the competition.

<p class="p2">In 2017, Vincent’s Roofing saw a high demand from the Southwest Louisiana home, commercial and industrial market for its metal and flat roofing products.
<p class="p2">Zee-Lock Standing Seam roof panels and Vincent’s VRI SS450 roof panels can be custom-produced – off-site or on-site – to job specifications. Products are guaranteed against cracking, peeling and fading.
<p class="p2">In addition to metal roofing panels, metal roofing products are available that resembles stone, cedar shake, shingles and tile.
<p class="p2">Metal roofs are durable, fire retardant, almost completely maintenance-free and energy efficient. Metal reflects heat and blocks its transfer into the attic.
<p class="p2">“Today’s metal roof panels come in a variety of colors and look great on many styles of home and business structures,” said Wood. “But remember, making a decision to go with the advantages of metal is only the first step. You must also hire a roofing company that’s experienced. Warranties are often tied to certifications. Certifications are tied to training and experience. Hire a company with a track record you can trust.”

<p class="p2">Despite the advancements in metal panel and fastener manufacturing and installation, metal is not ideal for all applications, Wood explained. For flat roof applications, Wood suggested thermoplastic polyolefin, known in the industry by the acronym, TPO and the torch-down system.
<p class="p2">Vincent’s Roofing, Inc. began business in 1994 as a one-man operation. In addition to roofing installation, Vincent’s can bid on window, siding and gutter work.
