Sample more than 100 unique wines while supporting a good cause at the annual Tasting on the Terrace: An Evening in Support of the Children’s Advocacy Center, 5:30-8:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 16, at the L’Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles.

Athena Gieger, outreach coordinator for Family and Youth, said, “This is our seventh year of the event and it’s getting more popular every year.”

More than 350 people attended last year’s Tasting on the Terrace.

“The wines are brought in by vendors and can be purchased at the event,” said Gieger. 

“There will be delicious food provided by the chefs at L’Auberge as well as a wide variety of domestic wines and Louisiana beers and spirits.”

Guests must be 21 to attend. 

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center of Family and Youth.
