<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">“The Managed Service Points (MSP) program is intended to improve the time of day consistency of mail delivery to customers,” reads a page on the post office’s website.</span>
<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">“The program uses Mobile Data Collection Devices (MDCD) to scan barcodes at the delivery unit and on specific points along the carrier’s line of travel.</span>
