Junior forward Savannah LaRicci scored both of McNeese State’s goals in a 2-0 victory over Texas State Friday night in the Cowgirls’ home opener.

<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">The Cowgirls (2-0) will play at Southern University, the first of a three-game road trip, on Sept. 2. The Bobcats fell to 2-1.</span>
