An undercover investigation by state police has led to the arrest of two Sulphur women.

Sgt. James Anderson said 35-year-old Shyla Rene Freeman and 30-year-old Daniel Rae Drounette were arrested Tuesday at a home at 2403 Gaylynn St. in Sulphur.

Freeman, 1819 Carl Lyons Road, was charged for false representation of a controlled dangerous substance. Her bond was set at $7,500.

“Freeman previously sold a substance to undercover agents claiming that it was methamphetamine,” Anderson said. “The substance was tested and determined not to be methamphetamine.”

Anderson said troopers had previously purchased methamphetamine from Drounette and had an active arrest warrant for her.

“At the time of her arrest Drounette was in possession of hydrocodone and Flexeril,” Anderson said.

Drounette, 5583 Owen Road, was charged with methamphetamine distribution as well as two counts of drug possession. Drounette’s bond was set at $22,000.

• Courtney Beverly Gray, 32, 3412 W. Roosevelt St. — unauthorized use of an access card $300 to $500. Bond: $3,000.

• John Timothy Fruge, 31, 770 Henry St., Sulphur — false representation of a controlled dangerous substance. Bond: $2,500.

• Lorenzo Lewis, 25, 1523 Martha St. — domestic abuse battery. Bond: $2,000.

• Kaleb Wasey Gardiner, 23, 1410 Noelie St. — first-offense DWI, careless operation. Bond: $1,250.

• Mario L. Harmon, 27, 1202 N. Prater St. — aggravated assault, drug possession. Bond: $1,000

• Jamyrik Jerome Walton, 23, 1216 St. John St. — aggravated assault. Bond: $500.

• Robert Francis Monds, 51, 904 McDaniel Drive — violation of protective orders.

• Kimberly Dawn Hebert, 28, 1133 E. Houston River Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

• Taurean Denelle Buck, 21, 1926 Cypress St., Apt. 20 — criminal mischief.

• Leigh Gardemal Kirkum, 42, 4426 Sarver St. — identity theft.

• Donald Reid Delgade, 51, San Diego, Calif., — communicating of false information of planned arson, criminal mischief.

• James Ryan Duplichan, 32, 911 S. Tamela Drive — drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Amanda Stricklin, 29, 4940 Jerry St. — drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.
